In Season 4 of Panchayat, Phulera village is gripped by intense political activity as the Panchayat elections approach. Manju Devi decides to contest again for the Pradhan’s post, while Kranti Devi, encouraged by her husband Bhushan (Banrakas), stands against her. The election campaign becomes fierce, with villagers split between the two camps. Rallies, slogans, and clever political moves turn the quiet village into a battlefield.

Abhishek Tripathi, still serving as Panchayat Secretary, is caught in the crossfire. He tries to maintain neutrality, but both sides pressure him to take a stand. His growing closeness with Rinki brings more attention, as people begin gossiping about their possible marriage. While Abhishek remains focused on his duties, the pressure of village politics and personal emotions begins to weigh on him.

Prahlad and Vikas continue to support Manju Devi and Brij Bhushan, while Bhushan uses every trick to swing votes in Kranti Devi’s favor. Meanwhile, the mystery of the gunshot from the end of Season 3 still hangs over the village, adding tension. The season ends with the election results, revealing winners and setting the stage for more drama in Phulera.
