Abhishek Tripathi continues his job as Panchayat Secretary in the village of Phulera while preparing for the CAT exam. He grows closer to Vikas, Prahlad, and Brij Bhushan Dubey, and gradually becomes more involved in the village's affairs. Manju Devi begins to take her role as the official Pradhan more seriously.

A new character, Rinki, Manju Devi’s daughter, is introduced, and a subtle romantic connection begins to develop between her and Abhishek. Meanwhile, Abhishek faces various challenges, including resolving local issues, managing CCTV installation, and dealing with the interference of a powerful and arrogant MLA named Chandrakishore Singh.

Tensions escalate between the village leadership and the MLA, particularly after Abhishek refuses to yield to political pressure. Amidst the political drama, a tragedy strikes when Prahlad’s only son, a soldier, dies during a terrorist attack. The village unites in mourning, and the emotional bond between the characters deepens. Towards the end, Abhishek receives a transfer order, likely orchestrated by the MLA. The villagers, especially Brij Bhushan, resolve to oppose the decision, showing how deeply Abhishek has become a part of Phulera.
