Vijay, the youngest son of billionaire industrialist Rajendran Palanisamy, is disowned for rejecting the family empire to build a food delivery startup. Seven years later, Rajendran is diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and plans to announce his illness and name a successor—either Jai or Ajay, his elder sons—after his 60th birthday. At his wife Sudha’s insistence, Vijay is invited back home, only to discover a crumbling family. Jai is having an affair with Smita, ignoring his wife Aarthi and their daughter Ria. Ajay is drowning in debt, owing ₹550 crore to a financier, Mukesh, and resorts to leaking company secrets to Rajendran’s rival, JP.
As betrayals surface and JP exposes both brothers’ deceit during the birthday event, Rajendran turns to Vijay, who reluctantly steps up after learning of his father's illness. Vijay stabilises the empire, rescues Ria from traffickers, and helps Jai see the error of his ways. Together, they stop Ajay from selling the company’s shares. Eventually, all three brothers reconcile, much to Rajendran’s joy. After his death, they unite to perform his final rites, restoring peace and honour to the family legacy.
