The story opens with a sombre note: despite their wealth, Shyam mourns the loss of Anuradha, Raju grieves his mother’s death, and Baburao has lost his remaining sense of logic. Now living lavishly, their peace is shattered when Raju is lured by Anuradha Munjal, a fake banker, into a get-rich scheme. Raju collects ₹1 crore—₹30 lakh from Shyam and Baburao, ₹50 lakh by selling their bungalow, and ₹20 lakh from a small-time goon, Pappu. They’re soon duped, left penniless, and forced to live in a chawl.
Pappu’s boss, Tiwari, demands his money back. The trio escapes his wrath but feels guilty when Anjali, Pappu's sister, is kidnapped due to their actions. Trying to repay Tiwari, they get involved in a botched drug heist. Their chaos collides with gang rivalries and a hidden stash of diamonds stolen by Kabira’s old ally, Chhota Chetan. A mad circus chase ensues, involving gangsters, guns, fake money, and an unruly gorilla. Ultimately, the police arrest all criminals while the trio escapes. In a tense final scene, Raju, unaware of the antique guns’ value, teeters on a bridge, ready to throw them into the river.
