After Stree ceases to haunt Chanderi, a new terror rises: a headless demon named Sarkata, who abducts unaccompanied women. Years later, the townsfolk believe the missing women left for better opportunities. Rudra receives an anonymous envelope with missing pages of Chanderi Puran and a chilling message: "Vo Aayega" ("He will come"). Sceptical at first, Vicky soon faces the harsh truth when Sarkata kidnaps Bittu’s girlfriend, Chitti.
The mysterious woman who once bore Stree’s powers warns Vicky about Sarkata. Research reveals Sarkata as Chandrabhan, a vengeful spirit who despises progressive women. To defeat him, they seek Stree’s help, convincing Jana, Stree’s former medium, to return. During an attack, Jana’s soul finds the missing women trapped in Sarkata’s lair.
The woman, now wielding Stree’s powers, gifts Vicky a magical dagger to fight Sarkata. A staged dance lures Sarkata, but Vicky falters, leading to chaos as men become bewitched and oppressive. They discover Sarkata can only be defeated by someone both a man and a woman. The woman merges with Vicky, and together they sever Sarkata’s head, only for it to multiply. Stree returns, banishing Sarkata and freeing Chanderi. The woman reveals her ghostly nature and promises to meet Vicky again.
In a mid-credits scene, Bhaskar battles a vampire in Delhi, while Sarkata’s spirit possesses his descendant, hinting at his return.
