After Anand Ingalagi suffers a stroke, his son Vijayendra continues narrating Rocky’s saga. Having slain Virat, Rocky seizes control of Kolar Gold Fields, asserting dominance through fear and coercion. His ruthless streak peaks when he kills Kamal for defying him. Meanwhile, Adheera resurfaces, initiating chaos by ambushing outposts. A deadly game unfolds as Reena is kidnapped, leading to Rocky's near-death at Adheera’s hands. Struggling to maintain control, Rocky strikes a dangerous deal with Khalil, recaptures the coast, and arms himself with powerful weapons.
Amid political turmoil, Rocky disrupts a no-confidence motion, securing Bombay by eliminating Shetty. Ramika Sen becomes Prime Minister and orders a crackdown. Though the CBI fails to incriminate him, Rocky continues his operations and even marries Reena. Their joy is short-lived, as Adheera’s final assault results in Reena’s death.
