Vikram Rudraraju, a sharp-witted cop from Telangana’s Homicide Intervention Team (HIT), battles PTSD and keeps his traumatic past hidden from his girlfriend Neha, a forensic investigator. Urged by Neha, he takes a break from work. Meanwhile, college student Preethi vanishes after her car stalls on ORR. Her disappearance stirs suspicion, especially when a decomposed body is found, triggering Vikram’s return. He notices eerie parallels when Neha also goes missing and links both cases.
His investigation uncovers that Preethi, raised in an orphanage, was adopted by relatives after her adoptive parents died. A neighbour's false lead helps uncover Preethi’s body, leading Vikram to suspect Ajay, Mohan, and others. Tracking a lorry transporting the abduction vehicle, he connects mechanic Fahad to the crime. After a shootout, the trail leads to Vikram’s colleague Rohit and his wife Swapna. Swapna, once Preethi’s fellow orphan, confesses to murdering her out of vengeance. Rohit covered it up out of love. Vikram rescues Neha, uncovers the twisted truth, and narrowly survives an assassination attempt, foreshadowing a deeper conspiracy ahead.
