Contractor Bhaskar and his cousin Jana, a UPSC aspirant suffering from seizures linked to past trauma with Stree, travel to Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, for a road construction project. Guided by locals Jomin and Panda, Bhaskar is attacked by a wolf one night and treated by Anika, a veterinarian. Afterward, Bhaskar discovers heightened senses and the ability to communicate with animals. However, the locals oppose the project due to deforestation concerns.
When two officials die from mysterious animal attacks, Bhaskar confesses to his friends that he’s become a werewolf, unknowingly responsible for the killings. To prevent further harm, they chain him at night. A police officer learns the truth but is killed by the wolf. Seeking a cure, Bhaskar consults a shaman who instructs him to be bitten again by the werewolf on a new moon at the same spot. There, Bhaskar learns Anika is the century-old werewolf guardian of the forest.
After Anika is shot by police, Bhaskar rescues her but she dies from her wounds. Heartbroken, Bhaskar vows to reroute the road to protect the forest. In a mid-credits scene, Vicky and Bittu arrive, asking for Bhaskar’s help. He transforms into a werewolf, startling them.
